How do I order?
Easy peasy!

Step 1 - Choose whether you'd like canvas, acrylic or print and then choose your size - click here for an overview.

Step 2 - Choose your style from 'spot colour', 'illustration' (there are 4 choices) or 'popart' (there are 6 choices), if you've not yet decided click here. Click the 'checkout' button or click on the shopping cart at the bottom of every page. Confirm your order is correct and then 'checkout' by clicking on the 'GOOGLE CHECKOUT' logo or the 'PAYPAL' logo. (For more information on Google Checkout click here)

Step 3 - Upload your photo and add any special requests you'd like here. You can checkout either before you upload your photo or after, but be sure not to forget this step (!)

I'd like to check my order before it goes to print, is this possible?
Certainly, we will send you a proof of your design before we go to print to ensure you're 100% happy.

I have a great photo but it is too dark, can I still use it?
Yes. Any minor adjustments will be made to make the most of your photo in addition to the style you choose.

I don't know if my picture is good enough quality / Is the file size ok?
Most pictures taken with a digital camera should be ok. Ensure the file size is no more than 10Mb (maximum) and note that most pictures taken with mobile phones may not be high enough quality. If there are any problems with the photo you send we'll be sure to contact you and let you know.

How much is postage and packing?
Postage and packing is £5.00 within the UK for prints and £7.50 for canvases and acrylics - this includes next day delivery once your order is completed.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Although inevitably shipping charges are slightly higher we offer postage overseas - please check the shipping charges for your country at checkout.

When will I get my funked up photo?
Please allow 7-10 working days for completion and delivery of your order witin the UK and an extra few days for overseas orders.

I'd like specific colours with the spot colour or pop art styles, is this possible?
Sure. Let us know any preferences you may have on the upload form.

How about copyright and returns/refunds?
By using this site you agree that you have been authorized by the owner of any images you upload to make and use a reproduction onto other media using their image(s).

As Ology art is a bespoke service, any items that have been delivered as described and are in good condition cannot be refunded. We will refund damaged items free of charge.

We reserve the right to uploaded images and final artwork for our own advertising purposes. We won't, under any circumstances, use them for resale.

Is the shopping cart safe?
We use RomanCart as the shopping cart of choice. Your personal details and credit/debit card information are collected and processed on RomanCart's highly secure server. RomanCart's secure servers encrypt (128 bit SSL encryption, which is the highest security commercially available) your details when they are sent over the internet and they are then decrypted on receipt by RomanCart. In short, you have no worries at all(!)
